Welcome — I’m [Your Name], a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and K1 kickboxing coach based in Worthing. I specialise in building athletic power, strength, and functional muscle, with the option to integrate K1 kickboxing training into your coaching experience.
I’ve been training in kickboxing for over 9 years and have stepped into the ring for 10 amateur bouts. I started coaching in 2024 with a simple vision: create athletes, not just gym-goers.
My philosophy is simple — the body adapts to what you put it through. A ballet dancer develops balance, coordination, core strength, and stability because their body is forced to meet those demands. The same applies to any type of training. If your body has no reason to change, it won’t.
That’s why my coaching goes beyond generic workouts and endless machines. I believe in exposing the body to the right challenges so it adapts into something stronger, faster, more athletic, and more capable.
My goal isn't just to help you look better — it’s to build someone who performs better. Someone who looks sharp, moves sharp, feels powerful, and develops real capability. Whether that means building strength, adding muscle, improving athleticism, learning striking skills, or combining all of them into one system.
Results matter too. I’ve already helped clients make measurable progress, including adding over 40kg to a client’s back squat through structured coaching and progression.
